Terms of sale

Purpose

These terms govern the sale of photographic prints and digital files offered by Julie Legrand on this site.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.

Order and payment

Orders are recorded as "pending" and confirmed once payment — made via the card/Revolut link or Wero quoting the order reference — is received. The contract is formed on payment confirmation.

Delivery

At checkout you choose home delivery or in-person hand-off. Prints are shipped from France within 1–2 weeks (hand-finishing). Digital files are delivered via a download link after payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law, you have 14 days for physical prints. Downloaded digital files are not eligible for withdrawal once the download has begun, with your express consent.
